By accessing our website, showroom, or purchasing any vehicle or service from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

Dourado Cars is engaged in the sale, brokerage, leasing, and facilitation of luxury, exotic, and supercars, including but not limited to:

  • New and pre-owned vehicles

  • Registered vehicles

  • Imported and export vehicles

  • Lease-to-own arrangements

  • Vehicle-related services

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law

By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Vehicle Listings & Information

  • All vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage, prices, and availability are provided to the best of our knowledge.

  • Vehicles may be sold, reserved, or withdrawn without prior notice.

  • Images are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact condition of the vehicle.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices may exclude registration, insurance, VAT, or other government fees unless stated.

  • Full or partial payment constitutes acceptance of the vehicle and these Terms.

6. No Returns / No Refunds on Vehicles

Due to mandatory vehicle registration and ownership transfer requirements:

🚫 All vehicle sales are final and non-refundable.
🚫 Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once registration or transfer procedures have started.

This applies to:

  • New vehicles

  • Used vehicles

  • Lease-to-own vehicles

  • Export vehicles

7. Vehicle Condition & Acceptance

  • Vehicles are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before purchase.

  • Completion of payment confirms full acceptance of the vehicle’s condition.

8. Registration & Ownership

  • Ownership remains with Dourado Cars until full payment is received (where applicable).

  • Registration and ownership transfer are subject to UAE Traffic Authority rules.

  • All related fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

9. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable unless a written agreement states otherwise.

  • Deposits secure the vehicle and remove it from public sale.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • No manufacturer or dealer warranty is provided.

  • Any third-party warranty is subject to a separate agreement.

  • Dourado Cars makes no guarantees regarding future performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dourado Cars shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by authorities or third parties

  • Mechanical issues after delivery

  • Use or misuse of the vehicle after handover

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to resell, export, or modify vehicles without authorization

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, logos, and text are the property of Dourado Cars and may not be used without written permission.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

15. Changes to Terms

Dourado Cars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
