Shipping policy

At Dourado Cars, vehicle shipping and delivery services are available upon request only and are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Availability

  • Shipping is not included in the vehicle price unless expressly stated in writing.

  • Shipping services are offered at an additional cost.

  • All shipping arrangements are optional and must be explicitly agreed by the customer.

2. Shipping Cost Estimation

  • Shipping costs are not calculated automatically at checkout.

  • All shipping fees are estimated manually based on:

    • Vehicle type and value

    • Destination (local or international)

    • Shipping method (carrier, container, air, etc.)

    • Insurance and customs requirements

  • A custom shipping quotation will be provided to the customer for approval.

3. Customer Approval Required

  • Shipping will proceed only after:

    • Customer confirms acceptance of the shipping quotation in writing, and

    • Full payment of the vehicle and shipping costs is received

No shipping services will be initiated without written approval and confirmed payment.

4. Payment Terms

  • All shipping costs must be paid in full in advance.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipping process has commenced.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary due to:

    • Carrier schedules

    • Customs clearance

    • Port congestion

    • Government or regulatory delays

Dourado Cars is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Shipping insurance is recommended and may be arranged upon request at additional cost.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • The customer is solely responsible for:

    • Import duties and taxes

    • Customs clearance

    • Compliance with destination country regulations

8. Local Delivery (UAE)

  • Local UAE delivery can be arranged upon request and is subject to separate pricing and scheduling.

  • Delivery location must be accessible and approved in advance.

9. Cancellations

  • Shipping services cannot be cancelled once the vehicle has been handed over to the carrier.

  • Any cancellation prior to dispatch may still incur administrative or handling fees.
