Motor vehicles are excluded from standard return policies due to registration and ownership transfer requirements.

Vehicle Sales, Returns & Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges on Vehicles

Due to the nature of motor vehicle sales and mandatory vehicle registration, all vehicle purchases are final and non-returnable once ownership registration or traffic file processing has been initiated.

🚫 Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for vehicles under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Financing issues

  • Registration completed or initiated

  • Vehicle delivery completed

Vehicle Condition & Inspection

All vehicles are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

  • Inspect the vehicle thoroughly prior to purchase

  • Request independent inspections if desired

  • Review all specifications, mileage, and condition details

Completion of purchase confirms the buyer’s full acceptance of the vehicle’s condition.

Registration & Ownership Transfer

Once a vehicle has been:

  • Registered, or

  • Ownership transfer has been initiated, or

  • Export / traffic documentation has been processed

➡️ The sale becomes final and irreversible, in accordance with UAE regulations.

Damages or Incorrect Vehicle Details

If there is a material discrepancy between the agreed specifications and the delivered vehicle before registration, the customer must notify us immediately and prior to registration.

Once registration is completed, no claims can be accepted.

Deposits & Advance Payments

  • All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Deposits secure the vehicle and remove it from the market.

Warranty

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • Vehicles are sold without manufacturer or dealer warranty

  • Any third-party warranty is optional and subject to separate agreement

Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
